Hooray! we're live!

This is the first post in my shiny new blog. The main reason I set it up is to explore topics I am passionate about and share mylearning experience with you, in hope that we can mutually benefit from it, just as I benefitted from many blogs other engineers set up. I want to make it clear that I am not an expert at any of the topics I'd be posting on. It is likely I will make mistakes or present sub-optimal code, although I promise to do my best 🧑‍🎓.

This website should be a very potent medium for communicating thoughts and ideas. There are quite a few apparatus baked into the code which will allow me to illustrate concepts with live code and syntax highlighting. I did not include any comments section, but please - if you have any comments or fancy a discussion, ping me on Twitter!

What am I likely to post here? I'm not sure. I am currently deep into discrete mathematics and algos as a part of my part-time computer science master degree, so that might pop up. Derivatives and option pricing are also an option (pun intended) because, well, derivatives are awesome (as long as you don't trade them 😁). If there is anything you'd like to see up here, ping me.
